Position
INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/W)
- Quotation and processing
- Prepare, accompany and conduct contract negotiations
- Identification of market trends, forwarding of customer feedback, market and competition
analyzes, market research and analysis (detection of trends)
- Independent travel planning and preparation, customer appointments
- Maintenance and expansion of contact networks for national and global customers
- Cooperation in the development of sales and marketing strategies
- Trade fair preparation and visits
- Representation of the company with custumers in Europe and abroad
- Technical advice and presentation
- Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Experience
- Proven experience as key account manager, preferable, but not a must, in Professional Market
- Experience in Medical devises sales would be an added value
- Knowledge in the field of cleaning agents, disinfection and the like desirable Pharmaceutical
Industry
- Knowledge of the purchasing behavior of national active customers or large customer groups
- Experience with tenders
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- International willingness to travel approx 40%
- Driving license
